Shipping
Items in stock will be dispatched within 5 days of payment being received. All orders will be sent via Royal Mail unless advised otherwise.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically during the checkout and are based on weight.
Shipping is to UK Mainland Zone 1 only.
Returns/Refunds
If you decide after placing the order that you no longer require the item(s) please let me know as soon as possible, providing the item(s) haven’t been dispatched I will refund the order.
All items are handmade, therefore slight imperfections are to be expected in terms of shape and glazing. Each item is individual, hence they all receive individual product listings to show the actual product you will receive.
Every item is packaged with the utmost care and with recyclable materials. Should an item arrive broken, it must be reported to me within 2 days of receipt, with photographs showing the damage so it can be raised with the postal service/courier. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t be able to replace the item with an identical item as no two items are the same.
Should you wish to return any item please contact me first and I will provide a return address. This must be done within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Unfortunately, I will not be able to refund the original shipping cost and we suggest you use a trackable service at your cost to return the item to ensure it doesn’t go missing.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and your original method of payment will be credited. Please allow 7 working days for the approved refund to be credited.
