Ceramic Forest Guardian Sculpture

This ceramic forest guardian creature sculpture is part of my forest folk collection.

Hand-built using stoneware clay and glazed in a combination of a light spring green and white glazes with oxides.

Measuring 14cm high, with a width of 7cm and a depth of 5cm, it’s one of my smaller figurines.

It’s a very textured piece with layering of glazes and some unglazed areas. This is intentional to add interest and depth and to increase the desire to want to explore the texture.

There is a crack inside the figure but it is not noticeable on the outside, this is reflected in the price.
