Ceramic Forest Rabbit Sculpture

This ceramic forest rabbit creature sculpture has a very inquisitive look and is part of my forest folk collection.

Hand-built using stoneware clay and glazed in a combination of a light spring green and white glazes with oxides.

Measuring 18cm high, with a width of 8cm and a depth of 6.5cm, it’s one of my smaller figurines.

It’s a very textured piece with some glazed and some unglazed areas. This is intentional to add interest and depth and to increase the desire to want to explore the texture.

There is a crack inside the figure but it is not noticeable on the outside, this is reflected in the price.

Due to the nature of its slim design, it would need to be positioned on a surface that doesn’t have movement such as a shelf, anything with movement such as drawers could make it unstable.
