Ceramic Rabbit Human Sculpture Bust – Spring’s Wisdom

This ceramic forest creature sculpture has a very wise face and appears intent on filling you with knowledge from the forest.

Aptly named Spring’s Wisdom.

Hand-built using stoneware clay and glazed in a combination of a light spring green and white glazes with oxides.

Markings on the chest represent the start of spring with new growth from plants.

Measuring 23cm high to the top of his ears, with a width of 20cm and a depth of 12cm.

He is a very textured piece with some glazed and some unglazed areas. This is intentional to add interest and depth and to increase the desire to want to explore the texture.

Due to the fragile detail, local collection is preferred or I may be able to deliver locally in Norfolk.
